I’ve been seeing Phil for a massage since the summer of 2020 and wish to have written this review sooner because of the praise he deserves! He is extremely professional and caring, and always accommodating. I’ve had prolonged back/shoulder aches and pains for as long as I can remember that subsided or completely disappeared after seeing Phil. He will always ask for feedback to ensure you are not in pain or uncomfortable throughout the session for a healing experience. A heating pad is offered as an option and this was the most exciting part because I’m easily cold and it helps with anxiety. Plus, it’s always nice to discover a new healing sensation from a certain body part or muscle that is worked on, especially the back, because it endures a tremendous amount of pressure from day to day movements and activities. It’s also great to see the clinic continue with the COVID-19 safety measures and adjust to protocols accordingly, though always prioritizing sanitation, physical distancing, and the use of a face covering.

Went in for a running related injury. Super helpful staff, booking appointments was easy and they do direct billing to benefits plan. Physiotherapist (Reza Hosseinian) was very knowledgeable and professional. All concerns were addressed and expectations on recovery were met.

Sina is truly an outstanding physiotherapist. My knee injury left me in pain and discomfort; I was unable to stand or walk for more than 15 minutes at a time which made it difficult to go about my daily life independently. When meeting with Sina, he took a careful approach to assessing my issues and provided me with a personalized rehabilitation program that worked wonderfully for my knee. He is incredibly knowledgeable and genuine; it's evident that he is passionate about what he does and truly cares about his patients. Isabella the receptionist is also incredibly friendly and made booking very easy. Thank you both :)
