Ordered a part for my water heater and they where the only place that actually had the part instock and at a reasonable price. I placed my order at 11am and it was ready to be shipped by 11:30am. Got the part the next day and was packaged and labeled properly as it was a fragile item. Will definitely order from them again.

Ordered a part for my LG ductless but unfortuanly the part was not compatible and they had no replacement. Customer service (Jenny) was kind enough to take the part back with no hesitation. I will buy from them again if needed. Great customer service. AA
