I wanted to change our 15 years old furnace and I was really interested in the Carrier Infinity. I called Max and he came the same day to give me an estimate. He was on time and knowledgeable. He came back the week after and he installed the new furnace in 1 day. The work was done in a profesionnal manner and he cleaned everything before he left. He also took time to explain me the new thermostat. I also receive a rebate from Carrier and Max took care of everything for me! This new furnace is amazing : quiet and efficient!

My old furnace had a motor noise and I called Aire Max for help. Max came to check it out in a couple of hours and explained clearly the option of repair vs replace. He gave me a fair price including better pipes and air filters and came to install the furnace the next morning. I am very happy with the equipment and the super fast and expert service. Our furnace didn’t work. Not something you want to deal with in the winter. Called AireMaxe after reading several good reviews. The company provided an estimate that day. Issue was an old furnace. Advised that parts would be expensive and difficult to find. Was able to offer cost-efficient solutions with a new furnace. Next day, the furnace was installed. Professional and timely service is a huge plus with this company.

I contacted Aire Max to look into why my old furnace was working only intermittently. Max came by the same day and diagnosed the problem as a failing heat exchanger. I decided to have the unit replaced with a new Carrier high efficiency unit whole house humidifier. Max and his assistant completed the job within the day.
