This school only cares about taking your money and the faculty (Conor.P) likes to blame his mistakes on students. Very unorganized and unprofessional how this school operates. The Quality Control teacher laughed at a student for not knowing how to enter an equation making him feel embarrassed. I took the Cannabis Management program. Had some useful information but most of the teachers didn't have any cannabis experience. Learned more from the students I met in the program. Only reason I chose this school was because it was one of the first to offer a cannabis program in Ontario at the time but now there are plenty of other options you could go to for the same information and have a better learning experience elsewhere.

I had graduated a couple of years ago and till this day I had regret coming here. I should have written this review years ago but I had thought my discontent would be gone by now. It's just grew more to be honest. Courses are informative but honestly, the employment help was terrible. I was actually unemployed for 8 months post the QC program and got help from a school friend finding a job. To me it felt like 11 grand down the drain.

I was a Canadian university graduate who had trouble finding work due to a lack of specialized training in a particular field. I chose the QA/QC program at AAPS as it sounded very educational and well-rounded. I was not disappointed! I received both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical and applied training in a lab that was extremely transferrable to the current requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. My professors were smart, kind, and all had such varied experience in many areas. They provided unique, personable training as the class sizes were small, which meant no student felt left behind. The school also provided 1 on 1 help with my resume and interview preparation as well as continuous support throughout my job hunt. I was successfully hired at Thermo-Fisher during the Covid pandemic and before even graduating! My role is to support senior chemists in method validation and testing for clinical trial drug development, a role which makes me feel like I am positively contributing to the ever-evolving needs of the healthcare industry. I would not have gotten here without AAPS

As my industry had been heavily impacted by Covid, I had to think quickly about a career change. I'd been eyeing cannabis programs at other colleges for a while and after speaking with the team at AAPS, I felt like it would be the place to go. The experience behind the faculty speaks for itself. You get a real world perspective of the current legal cannabis industry and a fulsome view of its potential and future. Having this kind of training will help many of the graduates when future cannabis markets open up worldwide. Couldn't recommend enough!
