If I could give zero stars, I would. I've contacted the owner of the business, Zora multiple times. They have not returned any calls or emails. I spent 100s on a hair removal package and am not able to use my remaining sessions, as the buisness has closed. I understand that these are difficult times, but if you are unable to fulfill a service you are legally obligated to refund the customer. Very disappointed. If they try to reopen, I will be the first to inform others of my personal experience working with Zora.

TERRIBLE customer service. I've contacted the business, Saba and Zora over 15 times. They have not had the decency to return any calls or emails. Over 700 spent on a package 1 out of 20 sessions used. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. I am sure there are a lot clients just like me - I feel scammed.
I can't recommend Zora Skin Care & Wellness highly enough! Zora, Saba and the team are incredibly professional and lovely to visit with during treatments. The results have been excellent and I will definitely try other treatments with them in the future.
Been seeing Zora for the last 5 years, she is very kind, and amazing with her work. I recommend everyone to go here for eyebrow shaping. Saba is also great too. Thank you
Over the past 6 months, I have enjoyed the most pleasant experience here for laser hair removal. Both personnel are super nice and Zora is very knowledgeable and caring. This has been a contrast to my previous xp at places with very bad attitude staff. Definitely recommended.
