Dr. Vilonel is just straight up awesome. He really takes the time to be thorough and actually listens to what you are saying to him and advises accordingly. I really wish there were more physicians like him out there as I have so many friends that tell me the horror stories they face with other walk in clinics and their staff. Thank you Dr. Vilonel to you and your great team for your service!

EXCELLENT, compassionate service from the WELL Health team with regard to prompt professional care from my out-of-province boyfriend's infected wisdom tooth. Because he had a fever attributable to the infection, we were not able to go to the clinic to get antibiotics in person due to fears of Covid, which was completely understandable. However, the receptionist and office manager went above and beyond to organize our telehealth appointment with a physician within 15 minutes, we paid over the phone for the out-of-province appointment with no issues and had a prescription faxed over to a pharmacy immediately. Crisis was averted within 30 minutes and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation together once the antibiotics started working. THANK YOU GIRLS FOR SETTING AN EXAMPLE FOR KINDNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM!! You both deserve a raise ASAP!! ;)

The staff doesn't seem to communicate with each other. I lost an appointment with my dermatologist because the doctor didn't get my referral forwarded now I have to wait another four months for an appointment. I have a history of skin cancer, not good.

Very dissatisfied with there service going thru some hard time atm and missed a doctors phone by 10 min and had to reschedule until next week the receptionist is rude and not understanding i’m going to be considering switching over to a different doctor.
