It would be a good company if the online system worked properly and there was helpful people around! Booked a truck for 7pm and we were stuck there for over half an hour. If I ever need to use this company again because it’s my last resort, I am not doing the after hours service again.

I booked a truck online and when I arrived on site 15 minutes later, I was asked for all my information again, including my credit card number. The woman wasn't wearing a mask and repeatedly stood close to other customers while talking with them about boxes and other moving supplies. The staff outside were helpful when I walked into the lot and explained that the woman inside gave me no information how to proceed with obtaining my rental. He was also helpful when I returned the truck.
Don't use the online booking system to change the pickup and drop-off time as it will let you make changes even if they don't actually have the vehicle available. On a busy moving weekend you will then either loose your reservation completely or if you're \lucky\ have less time than originally requested. Their customer service, although courteous, were not able to make things right.
I was nervous after reading other reviews about long lines but my experience was fast and smooth! Only waited 5 mins (one agent at the counter, one person ahead of me) at 9:30am on a weekday mid-month, the truck was fully prepared (incl moving pads) and waiting by the exit. Employees were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Truck was in great condition and ran great. Drop-off was very smooth too. All in all, a great experience! I'm guessing it being mid-month and a weekday may have helped avoid the peak busyness around the usual end/beginning of month moving days.
