This is a great location with really great staff. I took my guitar here to get new strings and have it tuned. They had it ready for me in a day. Absolutely love this place

This review is for the North Vancouver location. I always find them helpful, I also just purchased a guitar that was in stock at their richmond location and they had it transferred to the North van location which was very accommodating. It arrived quickly and the price was about 160 cheaper than everywhere else.

Excellent experience with them for tuning our piano. The lady (Natalie) came and spent 3 hours from 9:30 am to 12:30 to tune our piano. She was so nice and expert. Highly recommended for tuning your piano.

Went into the North Vancouver location to get back into playing guitar. Tyson there was super friendly and helpful and got me the right kit to get started all at a reasonable price, very happy with my purchase.
