Called them last year for a move. Took them a week to get back to me. Did a good job on the move and the price was fair. Went to call them this year but they don't answer emails, phone calls, or website inquiries. Not sure if the business is shut down or if they are just really bad at getting back to consumers. They have an address for their location on the north shore bit it is very outdated. Giving it one star because I don't think they exist anymore ....? And the fact that they are really bad at communication.

If I could give The Piano movers a 10 star review out of 5, I would! I have used Tom and his crew 3 times now and they always go above and beyond with making the move seamless and fast. I can’t say enough good thinks about The Piano Movers! The attention to detail and care with our piano and home was amazing. Everyone was so polite and so kind. During COVID I really appreciated the precautionary measures they took arriving with PPE. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much guys!
Guys did a great job to move our very heavy grand piano.
I had no idea so much technique was involved in moving a grand piano! It would have been pretty much impossible to move without their equipment. Very pleased with the whole experience .
Fast and professional pool table moving too! I asked the company to move two 1 piece slate bar pool tables - probably some of the most awkward and heaviest tables to move. The job got done with no problems. The crew as easy to work with and professional. I would highly recommend The Piano movers! A
We had our piano moved out of storage, tuned and had the keys repaired with the same crew, they were amazing and managed to bring my old G3 up two flights of stairs with no problem. I hope I don't have to move anytime soon but if I do I'll be calling the piano movers again!
