Stevens made a timely visit to my house to unplug my toilet... I had no idea just how much I rely on my toilet until it became inaccessible! Great job!
Our on demand hot water heater broke. It was a big job because we had to replace both hot water heater and heating box with an integrated unit. John helped us. We found him straight forward, honest, hard working, and he has a good sense of humour. Oh, it is so pleasant to deal with Julie, who answers the phone and does everything else that a plumber doesn't do. We highly recommend Stevens Plumbing & Heating and we will definitely use them again.
Fast, friendly, efficient service. I had a blocked kitchen sink that wasn't draining well and I had someone in to check it out shortly after calling. Fully unclogged a pipe that hasn't been attended to in a very long time and now my sink is draining perfectly again. Service was great - thank you!
Very nice plumber came to our home and fixed our shower, wish I could remember his name. Would have given 5 stars until the phone call.... UNFORTUNATELY The lady on the phone wasn't so pleasant to talk too and she quickly hung up on me before I was done speaking...(very rude). She took away a star at least....
