Not impressed. Asked for a quote on a damaged gate. Spoke to a sales Rep. No return phone call. Then some guy shows up out of the blue to look at the gate when i wasn't home. I then receive a high quote on work that wasn't even requested. I phone them, Rep takes a message to call me back. Nothing weeks later. Wow.

Over many years and several projects in our townhouse complex I've had only positive experiences with this company. From my first call through to completion this company was very fair and professional. Our new railings and two repaired gates look great and Eric’s pricing was the best in town. Paolo and Russell were super friendly and efficient and showed pride in their work. I certainly recommend Riverside Ironworks.
