I highly recommend Pest Detectives. Firstly, knowledgeable people answer calls every time - thank you! They were wonderful at explaining the process of getting rid of an aggressive raccoon and helping with strategies when she wasn’t caught in the first two weeks. Great customer service and their technician, Gary, who was very helpful, walked me through the process patiently about how to use the trap and how to bait it, and then he set the initial trap in a good location. Finally after a successful night, he came back and picked her up. This raccoon has attacked our pets, dug up the yard, thrown herself at the door, etc. It’s good to have her taken away after many years, no thanks to the neighbour who has fed her.
Lyle Troniak was knowledgeable, personable and did a great job in resolving my issue of the Flickers (Woodpecker)pecking at both my metal chimney and vent. He also advised me on some issue in my roof. Would highly recommended Lyle and the Pest Detective!

I had a bad Wasp problem under my pool house during the summer. I tried a different company that didn't seem to due much but then Trevor came out and completely got rid of it within the day!! I thought that would be the last I saw of him but unfortunately I recently heard noises in my garage. Trevor came back out and was able to find places in my house I didn't know existed! He showed me some pictures he took of some areas where the rats might be!!!! Very happy and looking forward to seeing him again!
My basement suite was recently blessed with a family mice. A ream of pest detectives lead by Sam carried out the removal of the mice professionally and diligently. They took great precautions to ensure social distancing as this occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. I am impressed with North Shore pest detective and recommend offering your patronage.
Lyle just left with 2 other helpers as my house is quite big, and he was really nice and seemed very professional. I will see the full results for the spider treatment only in 2 weeks but right now I am quite reassured everything will go well. they had great equipment and took the time to listen to my specific request and acted fully toward that goal.
