I didn't get to utilize their printing service, which I'm sure is excellent - but their customer service is definitely top notch - I went in there looking for some 22\x25\ pieces of vinyl that was missing from a batch I got from a different sign shop. The guy behind the counter paused his call immediately to talk to me, told me that they don't usually do small cuts like this, but that he would look for some scraps for me. He came out with a big roll of vinyl that was way more than what I needed, and wouldn't even charge me for it! That's what I call customer service. They are definitely getting all my future signage business.
I have been coming to Alex at NuTrends since I started my business. He has helped me start out with some amazing business cards which has allowed me to bring in more work. I have used NuTrends for all of our signage from vinyl stickers to magnetic/metal signs. It seems as these guys can do it all. Will be working with Alex for the foreseeable future. Alex and his team are wonderful to work with. They are very professional, accommodating , and quick! They are very creative and make my signs look amazing every year. I work with a non profit and our signs are always a last minute job as we have sponsors who join last minute, Alex makes sure everyone makes the sign and still gets them to us on time.
