Exceeded my Expectations I purchased a used Ford Fusion from North Shore KIA. I decided to have a look at the vehicle because they were offering this car at the lowest price for that model year and variant among all the listings on the internet. Sales consultant MANU introduced me to the vehicle and we went for a test drive. He was very warm, welcoming and friendly and made me at ease almost immediately. He showed me all the features of the vehicle and also told me about the parts of the vehicle that were replaced and repaired by them. At no point I felt that I was being pushed to make a purchase. Rather I was given all the information about the vehicle and the decision to buy or not was left on me. When I decided to purchase the vehicle I tried to negotiate the price with the Sales Manager ALAN. He was very understanding of what I had to say and though we did not agree at a price but he offered a final price which was close to what I had asked for. The purchase process was very smooth and quick. I had a minor issue with the vehicle a couple of days after the purchase which was fixed by the dealership at no cost. Special mentions: BARB in Finance and CHRISTINA in Service department. Overall it was a great experience dealing with North Shore KIA.
