Worked there years ago. Horrible experience. Some really good hearted \Hands on staff\ and one tyrant/bully with zero people skills other than trying to look good infont of supervisors. This tyrant treated people with disabilities \lesser than\ and brought alot of her personal issues into the workplace to power trip against coworkers for years. Meanwhile the program supervisor lacked the skills necessary to control the workplace bully and even encourage the bullying by giving her the power to decide if new employees passed the \probation period\ to earn a slightly increased working poor wage. Formal complaints were filed and an investigation ensued only to be swept under the rug and \letting go\ of bullied staff with some extra money paid while the investigation/ \What do we do!?\ Process took place. No justice, apology, explaintion... just \good luck\ \don't talk about it\ hush hush. The bully worker may still work there as I know she continued making other coworkers unhappy for years to come. So HR also royally needed upgrades along with management to grow a spine. At the end of the day the most vulnerable people, the clients, suffered as they had to endure the harsh treatment from this bully, aggression, and a workplace/program toxic environment. Hopefully they now have better quality control of services and use a little more funds to pay \Hands on\ staff to get qualified peopke with proper People skills. Lets also hope they gave upgraded their infrastructure to properly support staff in conflict situations to be accountable and act with integrity to the lofty ideals the organization/bussiness promotes.
