I love that you are open later to accomadate work schedules. The staff is always available by phone and so friendly and helpful. The vet is very kind, kept me updated as he was assessing my cat, and asked me before doing any tests/treatment. Highly recommend!
Everyone there was very helpful, informative and pleasant. My puppy had a great experience for her check up and vaccinations. I look forward to coming back.
We have always had a good experience. Our dog gets very anxious at the vets and the staff are all gentle and considerate. From routine check-ups to emergency appointments, Norgate Animal Hospital has always been there for our pup!
I like that they are open 7 days a week. Very nice, friendly and accommodating staff. It’s our first time here and we love it already. Once you enter you are greeted right away.

The vets and staff at Norgate were very quick to help my Chica during a recent health incident. The follow-up has been fantastic. They always take my calls, see my dog, and get back to me in an excellent timely manner. I would highly recommend their services.
I have been very happy with the services provided to my Cat. The last visit I found the bill high, but in the meantime I spoke to the Dr. who explained to me in detail why it was that amount. It was an emergency because my Cat had ingested something. Otherwise I have always had the best service and treatment for my Pet. I would like to mention one staff who is exceptional, Michaela. She is so compassionate, caring, kind, patient and when I take my cat there, she will be so very caring to my Cat. She is an asset to the hospital! Just an amazing and wonderful person!! Thank you Michaela!!
