Rene the installer is skilled and pleasant and very professional. It's a shame the owner, Audrey isn't trustworthy. After a site meeting, she quoted 1,500 on a small job in Vancouver, but when the job was completed, she sent an invoice for 3000. It's hard to fathom why... the site conditions didn't change, the order didn't change. Nothing changed between the quote and the work. Naturally I refused to pay the difference, but it calls into question the integrity of this company on a bigger, more important job. I don't recommend.
Great service, great work - great results. We were really impressed with both Tyler and Rene. It's always a privilege to work with true craftsmen.
