Me and my husband went into Jim Pattison North van dealership after checked with two other Lexus locations. We did our homework and would like to purchase a brand new 2020NX300H with exterior in Eminent White and Interior in Rioja Red. Being told by Regency Lexus&Openroad that no Lexus dealership in Canada carries this model in stock, I phoned Jim Pattison North Van and my sales AJ picked up the phone very promptly and checked the stock. Luckily he found one for me in BC and I booked the showing with himself on the very same day to discuss the price. He is a very honest man and gave a trade-in price on my current 2016 IS 200t 6,000 dollars more than what regency Lexus quoted you me a day before. I immediately decided to give my business to them as AJ really cares about his client. I was able to get a very reasonable price for my new NX300H. Will definitely come back and refer my friend to AJ as he is not pushy and very caring! Thanks again for all your help!

The service at this dealership is exceptional. I had to bring my car in due to a nail in the tire. Every service that I undergo at North Shore Lexus is amazing. All the staff are courteous and efficient. I have to commend both A.J. and Arshan for their excellent work ethic and for handling my repair so promptly and efficiently. In fact I would go so far as to say that this is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced, amongst any dealership in the past 20 years.
