Custard loved her time at Jet Pet! While the humans quarantined she was able to spend time with other dogs and get the exercise she needed. The team are friendly, responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend Jet Pet, Custard will be back soon I'm sure!

I would like to thank everyone in Jet Pet. DuoDuo was so spoiled and pampered in the resort. I am so grateful how detailed Jet Pet team (both Olympic village or north shore)have made DuoDuo’s first time boarding journeys a fun and memorable experience. DuoDuo miss all the people and friends in Jet Pet. Thank you for take such a good cares of DuoDuo. DuoDuo can’t wait to come back to visit his friends! Our Husky Omega has been going to Jet Pet North Shore for almost 2 years since she was 6 months, for both boarding and daycare. Omega was an anxious timid puppy and the staff especially Mackenzie, understood what Omega needed to feel comfortable. I really felt that the staff were working with me as a team always communicating how to create a positive safe place for Omega to socialize. Their skill, caring, and knowledge has helped Omega become a confident dog. I always know that Omega is in good hands with staff that genuinely love the dogs. The flexibility to drop off and pick up on my schedule is great and the rates are reasonable for the amazing service. I have recommended Jet Pet to other Husky owners that I meet at the local dog parks and now many of them are part of Omega’s regular pack at daycare.
We recently sent our 11 month old puppy Bella to the Jet Pet Report North Shore and had a wonderful experience. They accommodated our last minute request which we were very appreciative for! The staff were very friendly and professional and our puppy appeared to have had a wonderful overnight stay and play! Would highly recommend this place!! )
Jet Pet has been great for our dog, Piper. She very much looks forward to going there and is excited to see the staff, especially Mackenzie and Nanette when they are at the front counter. Piper is very energetic (a spaz really) and is always happy and exhausted when we bring her home. We have had her in both daycare and boarding at Jet Pet and they have been really good at seeing to her needs. We feel confident in her care there.
