Phenomenal services! Office staff are very energetic, friendly and welcoming.. and very knowledgeable as well of the products. I have Dr. Kiran Jhutty very professional, knowledgeable and she goes over and beyond for her patients to ensure they experience quality care. Best optometrist you could ask for. I have Katie who assisted me the whole entire time for my new eyeglasses and some little adjustments. brilliant to deal with...a real professional who knows what she is doing and does it with passion and she is nice and friendly to the customer. Knowledgeable indeed! With few adjustments of my new eyeglasses, I’m thrilled to be fitted perfectly. Really appreciated the level of cleanliness and additional COVID precautions they had in place. Overall, all staff are very nice, and friendly professionals... highly recommend to friends!

Fantastic experience getting new glasses for myself and my wife. Called with a last minute request to ensure the expense could be incurred before end of my health plan year. After searching so many places for my eye exam and for a new glasses, I was extremely happy to find Iris in north van.. the staff are amazing,, my eye exam went so smoothly and professional... when it came to picking my glasses, it wasn’t about the choices Of the frames; it was about the exceptional service I’ve got. Highly recommend this location. I am a Paramedic and work in the valley area. Gissou and her team accommodated me even though I work different hours of the day. On my arrival they handed me mask, hand sanitizers through out the store, and any glasses I tried on was sanitized , store was extremely clean and all staff had the appropriate PPE on. The doctor was extremely professional and friendly. I purchased glasses and CL. They also provided me with sample CL until I receive my order. Thank you so much guys. I will return and bring my co-workers as well.
