Over a year of fttings, etc, for front caps, upper denture , partial lower. & over 20,000 Took less than 4 months to break. No reply to numerous attempts to find out if it is fixable. SHOP AROUND!! before you give them all your money!

I have yet to go to the clinic, so my review is based solely on my customer experience with the front desk attendant Laura. I called in with a referral from my dentist, Dr Glen Joyce. Without even seeking to understand she said she searched me in the system and I was not in their referral so there is nothing she can do to help me. I then explained I have a referral and it asks me to call in, she become argumentative saying sorry it doesn't have a referral nothing so there is nothing she can do. She then puts me on hold for almost 10 minutes, when another receptionist came on saying \ how can I help you?\ I explained that Laura had put me on hold. Flo who came on was super helpful and pleasant so I really appreciate her turning that experience around. I work in customer service so I am always disappointed when someone who is the face of any company decides to handle their first time customers like that. I know this clinic is good because my dentist was the one referring, however an area of opportunity would be how you handle your first time customers.

Over the last 3 years I went through the process of getting dental implants in my lower jaw, which included gum grafts and bone grafts. Dr. Leziy and Dr. Miller are outstanding, and I feel I had the best practitioners taking care of me. Everyone in the office - from desk staff, to dental assistants, and the dental specialists themselves - are highly capable, efficient, and caring. Outstanding treatment from beginning to end.

There has obviously been a huge change in staff based on previous reviews. On 2 different occasions we've 1 had our appointment pushed back 45 minutes, and 2 30 minutes from our appointment time ask if we can reschedule. This is absolutely the definition of disrespect to paying customers. The gals at the front desk can be heard gabbing about stuff not relative to their job. This can be heard clearly from the 45 minute waiting room.. Also, we had asked the doctors/dentists to contact us and they have not bothered to contact us. If there was an ability to give a negative star review, I would. This place is brutal, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to take your business elsewhere. I usually only comment positively on places, but this was a horrible example of service/customer care/ that I've recently come in contact with, and was too blatant of an example of disrespect to not go unnoticed.

My appointment was at 3pm and I did not bring my tooth brush to brush my teach after all day away from home. Supper nice receptionist given me one promply and save me. Then as I sat down in the waiting room I was called in - amazing!! My dentist explain all the details of my situation and answered all my questions promptly and clearly. I know I am in a professional hand and I am at peace for my dental situation is rather complex. I am grateful.
