Great place for your golf shopping. They literally have everything you can imagine. I think the biggest surprise was the indoor digital golf screen. Great selection recommended if you need to get anything golfing related

Great selection of all golf gear and clubs here! I just purchased a new set of clubs and found the staff to be incredibly helpful and proactive in finding me exactly what I was looking for. Huge shout out to Jeff (GM) and Doug (Rep) for being so patient and helpful. I’ll certainly be returning soon!

Golf Town is a pretty decent company. I’ve bought from multiple locations, and their online store. Good sales and good selection. This location has has some brutal staff and service. I was looking to buy a driver, and the tone of the conversation with a couple staff members was very condescending, and snobbish. I ended up buying the club anyways. Once I got home and did some more reading on the shaft it came with, I realized I was maybe given some misleading info about my needs, and required a different shaft. I ordered it from them online, and went to return the one I bought in store. When I was returning it, the staff member was inspecting the club, and asked if I had used it because it was marked. (I had not, I bought it one week ago, and it’s been raining steady). The funny thing is, when I bought the club, I overheard another customer ask about a discount for scuffing and marks and was told they don’t provide that. He then asked me again, if I was sure I never used it, and if this was how I bought it; because the loft and shaft were labeled as different, and was implying I had swapped heads. I don’t know the first thing about swapping heads on a golf club. I’ll still be a golf town customer, but probably just online and not this store.

I purchased a putter this summer for 550 and shortly after owning the putter the paint starts chipping off. They also did not have a head cover in stock to give me at the time of purchase. I brought it back to see what they could do for me under warranty because its clearly defective and they stated that Taylor Made clubs do this all time. The manager came up and made a snarky comment and said “I would like to see the rest of the clubs in your bag Ha.” Then they told me they wouldn’t warranty it for me and still didn’t have the correct head cover for me. Horrible customer service and I spend thousands of dollars at this store every year. Staff is arrogant and rude, don’t waste your time here. I will not be returning to this location again.
