No one ever answers the bloody phone!! What kind of a company doesn't have a customer service department that can answer a phone EVEN WHEN IT IS BUSY?? Best Buy (the owner of Future Shop) should be ashamed of themselves. Even WALMART picks up the phone when you call!!! The phone has been ringing and ringing now for almost 30 mins. I have a simple question and no is picking up.. wow.. you guys are horrible.

New store, new concept. Very good start and hope they can keep it up. This store has won me back as a customer today!
I have been working in customer service for the majority of my adult life so I know first hand how tiresome and unenjoyable it can sometimes be, however it is also from experience that I know and understand how important it is to at least PRETEND to care about your customers. Future Shop on Marine Drive in North Vancouver is a store that I can't help but warn people to stay away from. Unless you enjoy being ignored, interacting with staff that could careless or barely know anything about the products they are selling then my best advice to anyone in the market for electronics on the North Shore is to stay far, far away from this Future Shop location! I have been to this store exactly five times and every single time I have come in with the intent to buy something, always well over 200 and every time I do its like pulling teeth trying to get any service. Not even a smile or a hello. This evening I came in to purchase a computer, twenty minutes later without one single person working there bothering to say hello or offer any help I left vowing to never return. I will happily take my business elsewhere.
Called to asked specifically for RAM in stock to ensure compatability, was advised on what I needed, came in & purchased - not compatible & stuck in my computer. Wasted 2 hrs of time because staff didn't take time to check.
It's a small Future Shop, specialising in TVs more than anything else. It's better to hit the West Vancouver one (not too far away) if you need something more particular.
I disliked my experiace but there were a lot of not great things like bad service and THE STAFF WAS SOOO RUDE i don't understand why they can't fricken pretend my dad went there and his experiance was good but when me and my mom went it was Terrible so change dislike to hate!
The tech service is not up to par! When we rely on our computers, we must be sure to listen to the client who comes in time and time again with a malfunctioning device! Very disappointed!
