Today was my first time having a massage with Jenika-Rae and being at Ease and Wellness, was a great first experience. I felt very comfortable and she listened to my problems and helped me. Gave me some stretches I can do as well.
I cannot say enough great things about Ease and Wellness Therapy! The studio is peaceful, friendly and welcoming. Jenika is professional and an expert massage therapist! She always takes the time to listen and focus in on areas of concern and has a lovely, warm personality. I highly recommend this amazing RMT... absolutely the best!
