These guys are amazing, they bend over backwards to fit you in, diagnose and fix problems quickly and explain what they need to do in a clear way. The last time I called them out they realized my problem was a carbon monoxide switch that had been flipped. They tested the furnace for safety, flipped the switch back, and didn't charge me. What else can I say? They are my 'furnace guys' for life!

My furnace suddenly stopped working. Alex came the same day and diagnosed the problem as a burned out control board. Alex was experienced and knew exactly what he was doing and explained the situation to me clearly. He was confident a change in control board was all that is required. He sourced a new one quickly and replace them most efficiently and the cost was very reasonable. Very satisfied overall with Alex and his services. --- --- --- --- I know from experience that other shops with young inexperienced guys will push to replace anything and everything as they don't know what is wrong and how to fix it. I had the furnace routinely checked out few months back by another firm (a google verified one: cannot imagine how anyone could recommend them) and all they did was rip me off by supposedly performing unrequested work (for more than double the initial quote) and basically tried to get me to replace the furnace saying it was old but couldn't tell me if anything was wrong with it.

I've used this company twice. Both times they've saved us on very short notice - this time heading into a busy weekend with snow storms forecasted - and fixed our furnace at a very reasonable price. Alex and his son are efficient, honest and run a great business. I recommended them to anyone with heating/plumbing issues.
