These people who are giving bad reviews have no idea what they’re talking about and are just looking for a reason to complain. Dr. Dixon and his staff were great and respectful and he is following all the Covid protocols. I have nothing but good things to say about him, one of the best doctors I’ve had the pleasure to deal with!

At first I thought very nice doctor. But I needed follow up after an MRI, covid hit! Zero follow up even on phone. I left messages and no return call. Very disappointing
I have had so many issues with this clinic. Firstly, they forgot to send my MRI requisition form through for 3 months. It was not until I called multiple times that my requisition was sent. I finally convinced them to send me for an ultrasound. Now, they are not letting me have a copy of the report prior to visiting the doctor. I have been injured for more than 7 months and yet they would not help me expedite the process with the MRI or with having the report so that I can take it to my chiropractor. It's at the point that I can't walk and yet they have refused to send me a copy of the report. Refusing to give me the report is not even legal! To add, the receptionist left me a voicemail saying that my x-ray was superb. 1. I had an ultrasound done. 2. If I don't have access to my files, WHY does she have access to my private information? Overall, I feel that I've been bullied into coming in again and also at this point held ransom in addition to having my privacy rights infringed on.
No !! Dont Go there. Very Rude two receptionists. you,ve got to wait outside. My husband was treated very badly, he has numerous Health conditions. We were parked like right in front of the door. He has bone on bone knees and cant stand for very long it was freezing rain. We wer,nt told over the phone you had to stand outside, and wait to be seen. my husband asked them can you wave me in when Dr Dixon will see me? Very politely, No she said.I,m not going all the way out there to tell you! LIKE JUST RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR, how rude and lazy and unproffesional they are those 2!! She ordered my husband You stand right there and wait. And the little one said cant you read? The sign? this is so inconsiderate ,they have nofeelings for the Elderly. it did,nt pay to be polite to those two rude persons. My husband has a heart condition, they upset him so much, he had to take Asprins, They were very rude to the both of us. We were very nice to them. I dont Know if Dr Dixon knows how rude these aweful persons treat some people. i could feel there Ugliness and pettiness. And they were whispering in one anothers ears about us!!! Yeah there are some real Bad unprofessional Receptionist,s out there with no courtesy or class. And those 2 dont have any at all. no stars for those 2. But 5 BIG STARS for Dr Dixon ***** We,ll Dr Dixon all we can say it was a pleasure knowing you. We want you to know your a very nice down to Earth GOOD Good Man and you,ve cared for my belated Mom,s Feet for years, She spoke Highly of you She would always say God !Bless that man !!! The world is a better place with him in it. but we wont be back. Bye. Sorry you have those 2 AWEFUL SO CALLED RECEPTIONISTS!!!
