Heather’s puppy classes are excellent, and she is a wonderful teacher of both people and dogs.

We took two series of classes with Heather to help us with a problematic, intact Rotti/Golden Retriever mix. We had to up our game as owners in order to keep the dog, who was reactive to humans and other dogs. Heather was exceptional. Our dog Jet is a wonderful boy now, constantly getting remarks on how obedient, well trained and friendly he is. Heather was the best thing that could have happened to Jet.
I am surprise that there is not many review here because Heather is so great!! She is very knowledgeable in dog training. She always makes me realize that it's ME, who did something wrong that my dog is not getting the message. Whenever she is working with my dog, Qi(my dog) is very responsive, and happy! like she is not having class but fun! The training method is very positive. The class environment is friendly, not too many dogs so each dog can get the trainer's attention. Qi finished her puppy class and I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a wonderful dog training experience.
