A nice moderate hiking trail that ends with a quality view overlooking Vancouver. During the winter the trail is fully snowed in and hikers have made many meandering paths which adds to the hike itself. Grab some micro spikes or snow shoes to make things easier and you'll have a great time.

Great hike with about 350m of total elevation gain spread out over 4.4km return. Good one in summer and winter. Wear good hiking boots or trail running shoes. Lots of people in walking/street shoes. Still doable, but better with proper gear. Also, if you are on the trail and haven't reached the summit within an hour of sundown, TURN AROUND so you can get out before it gets dark and avoid needing to place a call to search and rescue (there have been too many this year). This is still mountain back country. Bring enough water, a flash light, proper gear for sudden weather changes, and enough food. The trail is well travelled, so it makes for a good place to practise.
Great trail for summer/ winter hike. The trail is easily access to Mt Seymour parking lot.
Not an easy trail. Maybe on the easier side of intermediate. Bring snacks, water and good shoes. Definitely not hard, but not a trail for your unfit 60 year old parents.
Easy trail for summer or winter hikes. Dog friendly given the namesake of this trail accessible from the base of Seymour ski resort.
