Everything she has done for our family, from simple fixes to highly technical outdoor gear has been done to perfection. Her prices are very reasonable, and the craftsmanship is amazing. This place is great. My dog chewed the zipper off a new down jacket & they fixed it up so it was looking brand new again. A pleasure!
I did a tent zipper repair last year. And I didn't know she had messed up the repairs because I hadn't had a chance to use it in a while. We asked if there were zippers with handles on both sides and she said yes. So we asked for the repair with the ”same zipper”on our tent, and she had a zipper on one side only. We didn't have the opportunity to use the tent we left and found last year, so I didn't know it, but now I'm completely deceived. It's my fault for believing in her words and not checking them thoroughly. I'm totally upset. Everyone makes mistakes, you can make them, but you should have asked us when you couldn't have them. You also knew my number. I wish I could work honestly.

My go to place to fix all my outdoor Gear and clothing. Donna, the owner used to run the floor manufacturing for Tyrol Sportswear as an employee and eventually a partial owner. Tyrol Sportswear used to supply jackets and vests to Eaton's, the Bay and other major retailers before the local clothing industry was decimated by CCP's entry into the WTO in the 90s
