If you want inaccurate appraisal, call this company. As a realtor I know the value of the properties and the appraiser based on \ I feel ...\ and no logical reason presented inaccurate reports on a condo and a detached house. Waste of money to pay the bill and to hire another appraisal company.

I first contacted them to learn more about appraisals in general, which went very well and after 1 week we decided to proceed with Cunningham's services. I used their online request form to begin the process and shortly after the same gentleman I had spoken to earlier called to set it up and ask a few more questions... so far so great! He said he would hand the assignment to someone that will call to arrange a specific time. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. I went ahead and called another firm and within 2 days they were out to do the inspection.

I would not recommend this valuation company. Firstly the service was terrible. Prior to booking them they told me that it would take less than a week to produce the appraisal report after the appraiser visited the property. It ended up taking over 1 month. There was no apology or acknowledgement of not meeting their timeline commitment. Secondly they are priced at approximately 150 more than their competitors. I would not use Cunningham & Rivard again and opt for a appraisal company that provides better customer support as well as more reasonable prices.
