She has changed my life! I went in for pain in my hands and after a thorough consultation we discovered inflammation and digestive issues as well. It’s not just about the needles, which made a huge difference after my first visit (went in with a pain level around 7-8, left at a level of 0!), but what I was putting in my body and how much I was moving. She has given me amazing advice, suggestions and goals that have made all the difference in the world! I have done a 180 since my first visit. I have never felt better, slept better, pooped better. I have been to other acupuncturists but find Chris to be the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She really cares about her clients and gives a comprehensive explanation and plan for getting the best results with her treatments. Chris is truly amazing. I've been suffering from the Carpal tunnel syndrome for many years and nobody could cure it (I've seen many many all different kinds of practitioners in Vancouver). Chris really sees through the fundamental issues, in depth not the surface level. What I like about Chris is that she combines the beauty of asian acupuncture and the western way of techniques. Whenever I see her, I get the huge sensation on my shoulder and wrist after getting the trigger point, and within a couple of days I don't feel the pain in my wrist. I don't know how she does it, but it works. Plus she really cares about you, your body and soul. North Van is very lucky to have her.
