Dana is the penultimate professional. She is a rare mix of being skilled and knowledgeable but compassionate at the same time. She set out a clear path forward for my daughter with her knee injury. Right from the first session she showed fantastic improvement. We are so grateful to have found her.

After a few visits at Body Works with Andrew To, my physio, I feel my knees have strengthened and gained more flexibility. As long as I religiously follow the exercises Andrew taught me, I am ready to travel in March 2020. Great Wall of China, here I come! Thanks Andrew!

My experience with Remi has been amazing. He is super patient and has great advice. Best of all is his positive and encouraging attitude, which has been motivating me to improve during this long and painful injury.

I saw Naz. She was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Gave me a clear and easily understood explanation of my problem, treated me on the spot and gave me exercises to help keep things under control. The 60-minute visit flew by!

I almost don't want to say good things about Naz as she is VERY popular and sometimes hard to book in with. Ive been seeing her for years - once a week every week. I recommend everyone I know to go and see her, when they are struggling even if just to get a few exercises to help at home. I have nerve damage and an arm injury that causes me to struggle with my back as well and Naz is calm, kind, caring and I have nothing but trust and respect for her which is so important when you struggle with chronic pain.
