I have been coming here for years as a landscaper. I have always found the plants and trees to be exceptional. The staff are kind, and fair. Steven is always helpful with alternate suggestions. If I absolutley have to go elsewhere, I sure miss the personable service I am afforded at Novus.

Thank you all for your great reviews. We try hard to bring & produce great products for you all. Unfortunately, I have to respond to the one bad review. Novus plants is a wholesale company. When people come in that are not part of the trade we explain to them that they can only be here with they’re landscaper, or designer. We completely stand behind this. We are not retail, we stand and support our trade. Unfortunately, that was a bad situation, and no matter how many times I said wholesale only.. it did not go through. ( obviously I need to get a bigger sign that says wholesale only). After having pictures of a plant put in my face, a garden centre that we support put down. Yes... maybe I was a little harsh. But, I did it for all of our customers out there I support. If you would like to see Novus. Contact a landscaper or designer. Your more than welcome. All the best for an amazing spring. Novus is my go-to source for most of my installations. They carry high quality, high variety, and Steve and Tony are super nice and helpful guys. The owner is famous for her bark bei worse than her bite ;) but she is also extremely knowledgeable. I always end up getting the majority of materials here.
Good source for landscaper and designer with a good veriety. Good staffs and very knowledgeable owner.
Well I am so relieved! I have in the past thought I was sometimes short, too direct to the point of being rude, impatient or dismissive. I do not hold a candle to the woman there.
