I was a bit nervous about renting from this location because of the bad ratings but I honestly had a really good experience here. There was a bit of a misunderstanding at the beginning but it was resolved. The car I received was clean, ran beautifully and served us well throughout the week. Prices were very reasonable and the after-hours return couldn't have been easier.

I honestly don't understand why so many bad reviews... I have rented cars from this location for 4 times now. Usually convertibles. Super quick to get the car and no pressure of selling me insurance and stuff. Last time I rented a BMW 430i. Car was great and so much fun but the only problem was that inside of the car was really dirty and dusty... We had to clean it ourselves. Other than that no other issues. I will be back in July and have already booked my car with these guys.
Awesome service in Victoria airport with seamless pick up and drop off. Enjoyed my Mustang convertible at a very good rate.
Was not a good experience for me, 'hidden' fees, attempted charging me with cracked windshield which was more than fine when I parked it. No one came out from the airport to go over things, didn't get car that was reserved initially, was enough to steer me away from dealing with them again
Made a reservation for a car. When I get to the desk they are sold out! What is the point of making a reservation. This happened to two other separate customers while I was waiting in line. Very disappointing. Manager Steve was no help at all and his female subordinate was rude and not helpful.
