We've had great service and fast responses to questions or issues. The install was a bit bumpy, but then, there's never been a time in the history of Internet when literally 1000's and 1000's of people leave the city to live at their cottage all at once (COVID). We've got great upload and download with the fiber - much higher than we had with our previous carrier.

4 Years of service, and no regrets leaving Bell. Fast/efficient set up, experienced staff. Any problems were address & fixed asap. Have TV & Internet. No more Bell satellite that lost service during storms or heavy snowfall! Oh, and they do not charge your account with surprise price hikes! Thank you NFTC!
