No appointment , not even a phone call to see if I was home and if it was a good time. I just finished night shift, dogs barking etc.. if that's not bad enough, I get attitude and the standard " that's our policy " and hand gestures to enter my home as if it's thiers. All their data is wrong regarding home . To many bedrooms , to many bathrooms , square footage to high.....can't wait for their report. Terrible.
