I had Gold Fleet inspect a used Subaru for sale by another dealer. The inpsection was booked promptly and I received excellent information about the used car. They not only emailed me a report, they phoned to go through it and offered options for purchasing or financing an extended warranty. Overall, I felt cared for as a client and all of this was done remotely, in cooperation with the seller. I didn't buy the car, but feel the inspection provided the insight I was looking for and it was a wise investment. I also received a good variety of options for accessories and improvements on the prospective vehicle. All around excellent experience from all service and finance staff.

Great vehicles; great staff! This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership (a 2020 Forester.) Until now I had always purchased used vehicles in private sales, so I had no idea what to expect. All of the staff were great, right from the start. Aaron really really went out of his way to help, setting me up with the vehicle & options I wanted initially, and introducing me to all the staff, from Belinda, who was also amazingly friendly & helpful, to the service crew, who gave me a tutorial on how to access servicing, and what to expect. Aaron finished up by giving me an in-vehicle tutorial on all the bells & whistles. Wow folks! I was blown away with you friendliness, courtesy & helpfulness. Thank you!
Very friendly and welcoming. Low-key, no pressure sales staff who went out if their way to meet my driving needs. Came out with a great deal on a fantastic off-lease vehicle.
I always know my vehicle is in good hands. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and always ready to answer any questions you may have. The service team thoroughly checked the car and completed the required maintenance. They are always honest and truthful about your vehicles health and don’t try to get you to spend extra money on services you don’t really need. The best service I have ever received! We also asked our car to be cleaned. We have a large, white haired golden retriever and she sheds a lot of hair. The service and cleaning took about 3.5 hours and our car was spotless! It looked brand new! I am very pleased with the service and will always recommend Subaru to anyone!
I told Tiffany and Hernan I owe them a great review. As part of the VW EMMISSION SCANDLE I had lots of time to shop. Northbay Subaru had pricing as good as any in Montreal( often the best according to cargurus). They also managed to have my used car purchase ready in one days notice so I could leave for Vancouver that Friday. 4 weeks, 11,000 km later, I love my new Legacy. Great car on the long haul through the mountains and back . BTW I plan to sell others on the Subaru brand. I think I made a great choice on a Car build for Canada. Mike Fitzgerald
I came in to get the three recall notices taken care of. I had been holding off due to Covid and living out of town. They were very hospitable and the service on my vehicle took less time then quoted. Love Goldfleet!
All personnel were exceptional to work with. Sales and Service departments were courteous and friendly. Great place to buy a vehicle.
Once again I was treated liked royalty by the Goldfleet service department. The recall was installed, changed my winter tires and saw that they rinsed off my exterior and wiped down my interior. Just really great people!
