Amazing experience! Very helpful in picking out a Volkswagen Atlas. Staff was very informative and took the time to teach me everything about the vehicles. Even after I purchased, they went through ALL the features with me, and were very happy to answer any questions after the fact. Definitely recommend!!

I have to be honest here. Arrived on time for my 9am appointment with a very busy day planned. I was very disappointed to see my car sit there until 9:55 before going in the shop. When I mentioned it to the owner he offered no explanation or apology; it appeared as though that was normal to him. When I returned at 12:10 I was told to come back after 1pm as they were having a pizza lunch. Only after I mentioned the long delay earlier did they drive my car out, which was ready, and I payed my bill. I guess I was expected to sit there and watch their pizza party for an hour instead of inconveniencing them for 5 minutes? The owner seemed annoyed and left the impression that he did not value my time. At the end of the day, isn't that all we have in life?

I bought my first brand new vehicle here! I love my VW Tiguan. Huge thank you to Troy who was able to accommodate communicating with me over e-mail throughout the process. A big thanks to Phil as well, the day I picked up my vehicle, he assisted me with picking out which mats were best for me! Awesome staff
