I have been going to Acclaim Sound and Lighting for more than 15 years. Always get the best service and very competitive pricing. It's my first stop when looking for any pro audio/dj equipment. Their warehouse location has stock of a lot of the newest equipment on display and ready for demo. Staff is very knowledgeable and aren't your typical retail staff that don't know anything, they work in the industry and use the same equipment they sell, so know what they're talking about. Lots of great advise and expertise if you have questions!

I ordered an instrument case online. staff called in a timely manner and were very helpful on the phone explaining that the clearance item I had purchased was \a good condition floor model\, if I was still interested, which I was. Will definitely consider Acclaim again if I need to purchase out of town in northern Ontario.
