Arrived 5 minutes before 5 to get a duffle bag and they had the doors locked and wouldnt let me in. Very rude staff

Well like many of the other poor reviews, every experience has been bad. I've been here like 8x, a few times browsing while I had medical appointments. However, I literally went here a few other times (4x) willing to drop hundreds of dollars on new winter boots, new runners, winter jackets and sports items for me and my family. However, Every-time I go here two things happen. 1. I am looked at no welcome no smile. 2. Can't get any help at all. I ask questions for certain items or shoe sizes and some of the young staff are annoyed and frustrated. Some of the older staff are more stressed with moving whole racks around. It's such a weird space. I literally do not want to spend my money here. I think in a pinch i did buy some yoga blocks that were on sale ( only because I saw them online) and also had to buy some of Honey Stingers and the recovery gels they have at the front. So literally! I went there with a budget to stock up my family, which many know is not cheap! but only chose to spend like 30.00! I am surprised corporate is keeping this Sport Check in open, the customer service is lacking, yes the service is bad especially if you are a person of colour or indigenous. Weird thing is is there is always a surplus of clothing that is taking up way too much space. The \Sport\ selection is minimal. One has to wonder if no one is buying because service is so lame. It's not hard to be a decent human being to people willing to spend their money there. Literally this store at this location is a twilight zone and I am really surprised it's still open. We literally always have list of items that we are going to buy on the next trip to Saskatoon.
