Last week I opened my phone to find that basically 95% of my pictures had vanished. I stopped in at the local subsidiary of the business where I bought the phone from in Saskatoon only to be told the pictures were gone - end of story. I went directly to Nipawin Computer Solutions where, in less than five minutes, Barry figured out the issue and retrieved the " missing" pictures. Since some of these pictures included my Dad's last Christmas I was beyond relieved and thankful! I highly recommend Nipawin Computer Solutions for their expertise and outstanding staff.
I must admit that the customer service that we had received while shopping at the NIPAWIN COMPUTER SOLUTIONS was absolutely AMAZING . The gentlemen that we had the pleasure of meeting and helped us out in every possible way they could. I am very impressed with the customer service we had received while there It was most pleasing to be welcomed with such warmth and happiness ,just all around feeling of welcome from the moment we walked into the store. I am not exaggerating when I say this ,I mean there was myself and my partner and my 2 adult daughters all there for one thing or another. We were getting internet hooked up and cable also buying a cell phone for pre paid so my daughter had a phone also my other kid needed minutes and hook up internet and etc. We all needed help this day and we' were ready for a bit of a time consuming shopping in the event we all got what we came for. Oh and just to add that they were other customers in the store as well,. Needless to say and to our amazement we all got served and we all got what we came for and most pleasing to say we're in and out within 20 mins and even got asked if we wanted a coffee. Yes all were absolutely satisfied and left that store with everything intended and even left with a feeling of warm fuzzies lol, ya get what I mean right? I rate this. Store a 10/10 two thumbs up and recommend this shopping experience to anyone needing cell phones,internet hook up, or cable or even just minutes for phone. Go meet these beautiful staff in this business . You won't be disappointed.
Excellent customer service. A very clean and friendly environment. They have so much stuff! I'm talking tv's, computers, every cord you need, office supplies, school supplies, and business solutions! I'm probably missing something still!
Offers great deals on a phone only to back track less than 24 hours later . Very disappointed that they would not honour their commitment. Not good business in my opinion. I seem to suspect someone made a mistake and didn't want to own up to it so lied instead . Sorry ,but this was the first and last time I will go here.
Thank you to Nipawin Computer Solutions for bending over backwards for me to replace my laptop that way dying. I got an amazing machine at an amazing price. Thank you again guys. I will continue to use your amazing local business!
