Dropped in to have my leaf blower serviced. Was advised that service prices are 100/hr so servicing it would be pricey. Rather than stick it to me, the helpful gentleman gave some pointers and did a quick once over then sold me a new spark plug and some fuel - 22 total. I offered to pay a little more for the advice but he declined. Top notch business!!

So glad I made the trip from Calgary to purchase a Toro snowblower from them. They came highly recommended from someone I spoke to here in Calgary. I called up Neil’s and Gord’s and his knowledge seemed impeccable. I made the 2 hour trip and he showed me the snowblower he recommended and even showed some videos they made comparing the Toro to several others. I was sold, and then right then and there they got it ready for me, added the oil and filled it up with fuel, (good luck getting this service at Home Depot never mind finding someone with the detailed knowledge!) He started it up and even let me try it outside on the bit of snow at the side of the building. The price was very reasonable and they made sure I knew how to work it before I went on my way. Now I’m looking forward to the next snowfall! Lol. Thanks for the great service and I’ll definitely be recommending Neil’s & Gord’s!
