Was going to shop here a few weekends ago, I was waiting in line to shop at Nike which is right across the hallway. I looked over and a female who looks for be a manager in there with no mask on and another younger male associate talking right in front of her with no masks on as well. Also another female who had a set of keys opened the door and immediately removed her mask as well. It is mandatory for all workplaces to provide a safe shopping experience for their customers and with witnessing this I decided not to risk personal safety to make a purchase. I emailed there customer service regarding this as well and received no reply back as well, you would expect A lot more from a business during a pandemic and clearly no one cares!!!’

Mike was awesome. Most shoes hurt me because I have a messed up foot. Mike helped me figure out what kind of shoe a needed and tried a few different options and sizes. He really knew his stuff and was patient with my Fred Flinstone feet. I think he also was the guy who sold me a pair of Rockports a few years ago, which until yesterday were the only shoes that didn't hurt my messed up foot. Next time I need shoes this will be the first place I try. Thanks Mike!!

I cane to the store at 6:52 pm and was told the store was closed when the signs clearly showed still open until 7pm. I am a paying consumer and closing early is terrible customer service. A young lady cane to the locked door and told me rudely sorry we are closed.....I explained it was 6:52 pm and she said close enough! Disgusting customer service! You and your manager should be ashamed of yourselves!

Sad that they won’t take exchanges over 30 days...even for unused items with tags and receipts attached! The manager, a late 50’s woman is quite abrupt and has a poor understanding of client service. Also...the prices aren’t very good even though it’s an outlet store.
