Very good motel, it's clean and not too far from the falls. There is breakfast included but I didn't take it.

Came into town with my daughter, mother an 5 year old oh an my moms dog for a trip an was actually planning on staying at another hotel as they said they accommodate pets an they had room I made the like 200km trip to be let down by the empress inn. I frantically searched for a place to stay as it was later in the evening so I call the sunrise inn an man did they come through. Great price an great room, friendly owner an clean room. Thanks from my family you saved our night. Oh an woof from my moms dog
Owners were very friendly and accommodating. We were camping and our tent got destroyed in a storm, we called and they got us set up in two rooms (3 adults, 2 kids and a dog). My dog is a medium size dog and exceeds their weight restrictions, but they were nice enough to let us stay despite that. The beds were super comfortable, we all slept very well. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because in the one room, the air conditioner was low on fre-on so it was blowing warm air. It was very hot in the room. I am highly allergic to mold and slept next to the air conditioner and I had a bad reaction, so I'm going to assume (though there is no way to confirm until the unit is opened up) that the units have mold inside of them. We also found a dead cockroach under the lamp on the bed side, which makes me question their proper sanitary methods especially during COVID.
Good night, the bathroom need a little renovations.

Room was clean as well as the bathroom. Beds were comfortable as well. Best motel if you're on a budget. The only thing is the parking. There are some spots that can't be parked in because there are pillars blocking the space.
My family and my friends family booked two rooms. However our price is completely different. Her bill is 40 more than me. As they say they charge for extra person. The room is two person every extra person is 30 dollar more. What not make since about this is I have three people, and my friends have four people in their family. Yet I didn't pay for the extra person charge while she did feel like they are ripping her off. Another thing is the breakfast is very simple and cheap.we are expecting more from what we pay.
Great price for a motel near Niagara Falls (only a 20 minute walk to the falls). Parking and breakfast included. Very comfy beds. If it's your first time visiting the falls, then the owners will tell you everything you need to know. They even let a friend of mine park their car in the parking lot when he came to visit, and he did not have to pay a dime. Needless to say, the owners were amazing. Highly recommended!
