No garbage can in rooms. 1 TOWEL for 2 people No Ac. Ducktape on the floor . TV sucked kept cutting in and out
Great place to stay, friend got bed and I got a cot. Cot was very comfortable. Would stay here again. Floor was sticky and they fixed it
Fake display photos online. This place is disgusting! I wouldn't stay even for free. The cancellation is nonrefundable for a reason and that reason is that no one would stay here after seeing the place and rooms. The place stinks. Rooms are nasty. Beds have cigarettes burned marks. Comforters have yellow/brown stains. Fridge was never cleaned. Chairs got dark stains of drinks. Drawers were broken. Bathroom floor was nasty as well. Room door doesn't lock from inside which means you're never safe. I can go on and on about how bad was my experience with this place. It's not a place for decent family. This place is close to Niagara falls but there are plenty of others as well. Please don't get trapped with the price and fake photos.
We stayed in the family room, it is clean and bare bones. Bring your own washcloths, because you won't find any here. The TV wasn't set up for viewing, no phone, no clock radio. Good place to sleep, pretty much sums it up.
Excellent hotel in a very good location near Niagra falls and others too low price but brilliant hotel with a very good staff I recommend it to everyone who can't afford high price hotel overall very good experience
Customer service was excellent, Room had multiple beds to accommodate my family. That was absolutely the best feature. Which also then made it a very affordable long weekend.
Good value for the price. Get what you pay for. Comfortable beds... Room is not very clean. A bit noisy.. Walls are paper thin. But it's a cheap place to stay in the Falls. Great location.. Free parking right outside your door. Very convenient. Walk to the falls and Clifton hill.
