My girlfriend and I wanted to celebrate our 2 year anniversary by enjoying a weekend here in Niagara Falls. With the pandemic, its been hard to go out and enjoy a meal in a restaurant and we've had to do a lot of take-out orders. Over the weekend we order from Sandstone based on the good reviews from google. We picked up the order for take-out. Only after a couple of hours that my girlfriend felt incredibly sick after eating the Chicken Alfredo. At 2:00AM I had to go to a convenience store to get gravol in order for her to stop vomiting. I called the restaurant to explain our situation and it happened because of the food. The owner said that all their food is \fresh\, but my girlfriend was still sick, the owner wanted to give me a full refund for this bad experience and ruining our anniversary. I had to call back again with my information, and I spoke with another owner who said that everything is fresh, yet again their food caused my girlfriend to be sick. Days later I went to check my visa statement and they only refunded my 30 dollars on a meal close to 100 dollars with Tip. Food goes down easy and comes back up even easier. Wasn't impressed with this customer service if you say you're going to give me a refund for ruining my anniversary then do that. I would never eat here again and would not recommend it to others.

Took my partner out for dinner, for his birthday. Didn't have a reservation, they sat us at a table right away, no wait. The staff is so friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. From the drinks to the appetizers to dessert, was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was so nice clean, and welcoming. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good dinner that isn't from the area, they know how to treat their guests. Thanks for a great evening, we will be back!

This is my first time reviewing a restaurant. I had to do it because this place is superior. I went during my honeymoon for dinner and everything was great. Down to the salad was immaculate. Oh and our server Tristan was amazing. She was sweet and very attentive. We will definitely be back, probably this time for our first year wedding anniversary

Went to this place for my wedding anniversary. It was absolutely amazing. Making reservations was simple and efficient. Staff greeted us and ensure we were seated in the best seats. The food...... THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! So good that we had to compliment the chef on such superb food. We had the the lamb chop, that tasted like it was cooked in a bath of butter. And the ribs needed no knife, it fell off the bone as you touched it. Have already recommended all friends and family to visit Sandstone for the perfect dining.
