I would like to give a great big THANKS to Lydia, for helping my mom find her new car (Nissan Kicks SR). Even during a pandemic, we were treated with respect and I knew our health and safety was put first. Lydia is amazing at what she does, and there was no pressure with anything. She went through everything with us in detail. My mom not knowing much about cars and their new technology, Lydia gave my mom the knowledge and she left there with a great big smile on her face while feeling more confident with her decision. I used to work at car dealerships, and I can say Niagara Falls Nissan, is there for you and your needs. I will be defiantly recommending them to everybody.

Recently Bought my Car at Nissan. which I have never owned one before. The Financial Service Manager Kyle Was an ABSOLUTE pleasure!!! talk about GREAT customer service!! Im HUGE on GREAT customer service and he went WAY above and BEYOND to help me and continues to do so. I recently had to bring my car to the Service Department and AGAIN GREAT guys working there! From beginning to end, the service at Niagara Falls Nissan was above anything I’ve ever experienced! Lydia sent me a personalized video of the vehicle I enquired about, and she and her team stayed well past closing time to accommodate us. Very knowledgeable and honest customer service. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, assisting me in getting a new vehicle, allowing me to test drive multiple cars until I was sure of which car I wanted. I also have been getting my car serviced in the past and the staff have been great
