Thank god for this place. I drive up from St. Catharines every time I need a new part because they're the only place that actually has what I need for my E Bike and the prices arent insane either. Friendly service, shiny new models always on display out front. Give them your business. You won't regret it.

Service suck's they give wrong part if you don't get them to install it an they will not give money back sk your stuck with a part that is no good for you I will not deal with ever again

Let me say first we did not purchase the e-bike from Nino. They are friendly and courteous. We had the 4 year old batteries replaced earlier this year. They picked up the bike when they said they would and it was ready as promised (drove it home). Today Nino came out to pick up the e-bike because the dash lights would not go off and the steering lock does not engage easily. As it turns out Nino showed us that it had a feature we were unaware of and which is not in the manual. It has a fob that allows one to drive the e-bike with the keys in ones pocket. The issue was fixed with the push of a button on the FOB. We were willing to pay for his time but he declined. Thank you. As for the lock engagement, which is not an easy fix and it is rarely used Nino agreed it need not be repaired. Thank you again for saving us money. They will be the one we call for any future needs.
Very fair people even need tune ups there great 2 have spent thousands with this company
