My friends and I have attended the event the Saturday before Halloween and while the event did well in being scary, I had bumped my head twice on their set. My forehead had swelled up and I was in a lot of pain. The owner, Phil, came by to check on me and had brought me ice and asked me where I had hit my head, I gave my best description to where it was and he had stated to me and in front of my friends that he had hurt himself around the section I had as it was behind the scenes equipment that was not taken care of properly. I sent an email on that Saturday asking if I could be reimbursed as I did not finish the event and he emailed back the following day saying he will reimburse my tickets. I have sent countless emails and called and was given word that I will be refunded the tickets yet nothing has been done. I called again the following week understanding that events take time to get a handle on everything. I know for a fact it should not take almost a month for a refund. When I called on the Monday he said to me that he was not ignoring/avoiding me and I should be getting my money in a day or two. It has now been a week and still no email or money. I do not think that I should be hunting the owner down to receive my money that he said he would provide back. It has been more than a week now and just want this issue resolved. I have photo proof of all the emails stating that I will be given my refund and proof of my injury on the day of. I also have multiple friends that witnessed it and was present when the owner had spoken to me. PLEASE just get back to me.

Easily one of the best haunted attractions I've ever been to! My husband and I went to Haunt Manor Halloween night 2020 and had an absolute blast. We went last year for the blackout night special and honestly I think it was even better this year! The haunted trail walkthrough was a highlight of the night! The quality of the sets, actors, costumes and scenery are top notch. The scares are atmospheric and long spread. Not just a simple boo and move on. The monsters will chase you if they notice you are scared. Talented actors are filling the mazes! The walkthroughs themselves are amazing with the amazing set design... I was terrified even in the areas without actors. The late night stage fright duo are super talented and entertaining! Food was really good too and reasonably priced. One negative for the night was that our initial line up for the first attraction was over 45 minutes on a very cold night. Maybe having timed tickets might alleviate some of this as we noticed that half an hour or so after we lined up the line stopped filling as fast. The second attractions line up was super reasonable at around 15 minutes.

We showed up and they were completely sold out of tickets. They knew how far we drove to come so they were extremely kind and let us enjoy the attractions anyways! Great night!

We LOVE halloween and usually go to CW but decided to check out Haunt Manor and man were we blown away!!! Even though the monsters have to stay back due to COVID we had some great scares. So many support staff making sure people were distancing even though they were sold out. People need to do their part too, which I understand and 99% of the other guests seemed to know the drill and were respectful of space. Come on people, we need to all work together to keep fun safe activities like this open!

Went during Covid-19 and they did their best I guess. Drove from Toronto to be in cold lines, with people not respecting social distancing and having to keep distance from people ourselves. Some actors weren't respecting Covid-19 boundaries as well. Im sure its more fun when there isn't a pandemic but wasn't worth the 98 price tag for 2 regular tickets.

It was a bit wet, and the covid distancing put a bit of a dent into the experience, but it was still alot of fun, can't wait to try it again next year. The people put on a good show. Some of the costumes they wear are really good. Definatley recommended this.

I was very hesitant to go but I got a group of gals together and we went on Sunday the 25th and we had a blast! It was absolutely terrifying but we had such a great time, I know people complain about the price and yes 50 is a lot but if you have gone you’ll understand it is worth every penny! The costumes these actors are wearing and the scenery is insane and when you’re in there it feels so real so ya it is worth the price. It was too scary for me so I don’t know if I’d go back ever (lol) but I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something fun to do for Halloween. The actors do get very close to you and block you from moving but because of covid they will not touch you!

Part of the Haunted house had no clear path and two of the people in our group got injured trying to get thru the maze. Management admitted to their fault but they continued to let people into the attraction. Saftey hazard! Tickets were overpriced considering half of the attractions were closed due to COVID.
