On behalf of my whole family this Mother's Day, I want to send my sincere thanks to the staff and management of The Emerald Retirement Residence in Niagara Falls Ontario Canada. You all worked well together as a team when necessary during some challenging times recently. Being that there has not been one case of COVID-19 yet on your premises, just goes to show how great your team must be! I took a tour. In this facility and let me tell you all that compare to a bunch of place in NIAGARA falls or surrounding areas this place is by far the nicest cleanest and most welcoming retirement residence I have seen. I my self am a PSW and this is a very very nice place and this place has a lot of great facility’s and I’m sure that’s due to it being a hotel prior to this but still if a wonderful place for your loved ones..
My Mom and Aunt stayed there for a month as part of a transition. Lovely rooms, amazing views and caring staff. I would say the only downside is that there isn't a quiet garden type area for residents to sit.

Come and enjoy a comfortable stay at the Emerald Crown Hotel. Enjoy our pool, and the HillSide Bar & Grill located at the front of the building.
